Is a signed lease required?

Yes, we do require a signed lease agreement.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month. Late penalties are assessed per the California Self Storage Facilities Act and lien laws.

Have you had security issues, thefts or other problems on site?

We are happy to confirm that we have not had break-ins, thefts, or vandalism on-site. If you want to verify this, you are welcome to check with our local Police Department. We take the safety of the property very seriously and have camera surveillance while encouraging our customers to report any incidents out of the ordinary.

Do you have indoor and outdoor units?

Yes! we offer both hallway access and drive-up access storage units. All units are accessible from direct ground floors, so you will never have to climb stairs at our facility.

Is insurance required for your facility?

Although we do not require insurance, we highly recommend it. Our contract states that you are self-insuring your belongings, so it may be best for you to contact your homeowner's or renter's insurance advisor to determine the best policy that fits.

If my rent is not paid on-time, what happens?

Well, you could lose everything you have stored with us and we don't want that to happen! Signing up for online payments will help ensure you don't miss a payment accidentally. Please know the law and your rights/ responsibilities - at the very least, late fees/penalties may occur in addition to auctions.
